Briscoe County sends notices of marks and brands renewal

Body Pursuant to Texas Agriculture Code 144.044 all Marks, Brands and Tattoos currently registered with the Briscoe County Clerk will expire on August 31, 2021. The renewal period for your Marks/Brands/ Tattoos is September 1, 2021 through February 28, 2022.

Briscoe County youth compete in 4-H record book contest

Body More than 150 youth from 21 Panhandle counties submitted record books to be judged by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension service agents and adult volunteers at the Tri-State Fairgrounds July 10 in Amarillo.

Body Motley County 4-H competed in the District 3 Record Book contest last week. The results are as follows. Junior Division: Ryder Russell, 3rd Goat; Senior Division: Wyatt Perryman, 5th Beef; Jacelyn Perryman, 2nd Natural Resources.

Body The Motley County Senior Citizens is open to serve meals inside or for carry out from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every weekday. Seating inside the center has been arranged to meet safety guidelines for dining 6 feet apart.

Body PADUCAH ALL-STARS Dylan Adams and Tate Hutchinson represented the Paducah Dragons athletic program one last time Saturday at the Texas Six-Man Coaches Association Basketball All-Star game in Wichita Falls. They played at D.L. Ligon Coliseum at Midwestern State University.
