Body The Motley County Library will host its annual Pumpkin Party on Tuesday, Oct. 24, to begin right after school. All kids ages 3-12 are invited to come enjoy the fun. There will be pumpkin decorating, treats and a storytime.

Body The Motley County Matadors opened district this week with a 51-6 victory over the Guthrie Jaguars at home. Senior quarterback Kadyn Roys paced the offense by completing 3 out of 5 for 70 passing yards and rushed for 116 yards.
GUTHRIE XC The Guthrie Cross Country teams competed in the Anson Meet on Wednesday, Oct. 4. The Varsity Girls placed 5th out of thirteen teams. Team members were Jaydee Foster (10th, 14:11), Lynndee Foster (12th/11th, 14:17), Mackenzie Gardner (53rd/48th, 16:14), Natalie McWhirter (60th/55th, 16:27), Jolie Everson (71st/62nd, 17:10), and Sierra Jones (73rd/63rd, 17:14). | COURTESY PHOTO
