House District 88’s King to seek reelection

Six-term representative Ken King (R-Canadian) has announced that he intends to run again for the seat he currently holds representing 19 counties in the Texas Panhandle, South Plains, and the Permian Basin. King was first elected to the Texas House of Representatives for District 88 in 2012.
PLAYOFF BOUND The Silverton Owls won their district and are playoff bound, along with the Valley Patriots and the Motley County Matadors. Silverton will face the Amherst Bulldogs Friday, Nov. 10 at 8 p.m. in Petersburg.
