We were again quilting together Thursday and we really enjoyed the weather being a bit more comfortable. But, when I got home, I found there was a water leak, and worst luck, it was under the house. I was lucky to get a very nice plumber to come the next day and got it fixed. What a mess he had.

Currently, Quitaque only has one restaurant, The Coffee Mill and Mercantile, which serves gourmet sandwiches and coffee.Pam and Don O’Biden of Quitaque will be adding to the town’s dining options, opening “Good Grub,” a walk-up café.
