Caprock Public Library recently received a grant from the Ladd & Katherine Hancher Library Foundation, also known as the Hancher Grant, back in October 2024. CPL received $10,000 from this grant to help grow the easy read, juvenile, DVD, and young adult sections here at the library.

Valley’s district schedule has been a cake walk for the Patriots and Lady Patriots, evidenced again by the blowouts of last week’s games.Tuesday night, Jan. 21, Valley travelled to Paducah where the Lady Patriots, as the new TABC Class 1A #1 team in the state, outmatched the Lady Dragons 83-16.
