Silverton mayor declares April Child Abuse Prevention Month

Body In an effort to raise awareness and combat the alarming issue of child abuse, Mayor Lane Garvin of Silverton has officially declared April as Child Abuse Prevention Month in collaboration with Amarillo Area CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates).
