Body Congratulations go to the Guthrie Lady Jags tennis team, who competed in the Seymour Tennis Tournament last week. Lyndee and Natalie were girls doubles consolation champions; Jaydee and Dana earned 2nd Place in girls doubles.

Body Congratulations go to the Guthrie Jags Tennis Team. The boys ended up playing each other for the consolation championship at the SeymourTennisTournament— with Steven and Zane playing Gage and Justin. Steven and Zane ended up winning the Doubles Consolation Championship.

Body Coach Eric Rekieta of the Paducah Dragons was named the new athletic director for Paducah ISD. Rekieta has been the football coach for Paducah for the past three years.

Body Congratulations go to Silverton Owls basketball player Carlos Alanis, who was among 17 players from 1-A Region 1 to have been recognized with All-Region honors. Alanis was also among 10 players from Region 1 to have been recognized with TSMCA First Team honors.
