Body Throughout Matador this past week, community improvements were in evidence—especially to structures badly damaged in last June’s tornado. Across the town’s footprint, lots continue to be cleared and cleaned up, and debris piles are shrinking.

DRAGONS WIN The Paducah Dragons varsity boys basketball defeated Spur in overtime 61-57 on the road.The victory brings the Dragons district record to 7-2, and they are the district runners-up. Their only two losses came from #2-in-the-state Jayton. They are awaiting final seeding to know their playoff opponent/location. | CAPTURED BY CONRAD PHOTOS
