While predictions for snow accumulation during last week’s fast-moving winter storm anticipated up to 10 inches of the white stuff at Caprock Canyons State Park, according to park superintendent Donald Beard, the park got about 5 to 7 inches.

Cottle candidate forum moved to Feb. 15

According to a social media post by the Paducah, Texas, Chamber of Commerce, the Cottle County Candidate Forum originally slated for Mon., Feb. 15, has been rescheduled for Thursday, Feb. 15. It will take place at the Paducah ISD Cafeteria, with the Chamber offering a Mexican Stack Plate for dinner.
