Body County, city results from Hall County In unofficial results the evening of May 2 sent in by elections clerk Pat Snider, Melissa Hibbitts won the seat for alderman, Ward 1, in the City of Memphis, with 29 votes, defeating Victor L. Flores, with 3 votes.
