New Valley football coach: “It’s more than just the game of football”

Body Valley High School recently hired home grown Daxon Allen, known as Dax, as the new head football coach. Former coach Crockett Gilmore resigned from his position at the end of the school year.Allen graduated from Valley in 2018.

Paxton Barclay passes away July 4 after struggle with tumor

Body Paxton Barclay, a second grader from Valley School, passed away last week after a 14-month battle with DIPG, or Diffuse Instrinsic Pontine Glioma, a highly aggressive and currently incurable brain tumor that primarily affects children, typically between the ages of 5 and 10.
