Body We girls are faithful to come to quilting, and all were there Thursday. Carolyn was able to be with us this week, and we were so glad to have her able to be with us again. A former Silverton resident who moved to Amarillo has passed away.

2022–23 quail season opens Oct. 29

Body Quail hunting season opens October 29, and after last year, we didn’t think it could get worse, but persistent drought and hot temperatures across the Rolling Plains prevented quail from making a comeback.
