Body QUITAQUE LIBRARY The Caprock Library in Quitaque hosted another ocean-themed Story Time last week. They read “The Whale and the Snail,” watched a video of photographers swimming with real humpback whales, and had some sticker fun making their own sea creatures.

Body Motley County’s Kason Degan was named the Offensive MVP in the Division 2 Texas Six Man Coaches Association All-Star game last week. The West Division beat the East 70–49. A May 2022 graduate, Degan was joined in the All-Star game by fellow Motley County grad Jake Richards.

Body Former Valley Head Football Coach Bret Tyler and former O’Donnell Head Football Coach Kevin Ray were inducted in to the Texas Six-Man Coaches Association Hall of Fame last week as a part of the festivities of the TSMCA All-Star Weekend in Iowa Park.
