Body The Motley County Senior Citizens is open to serve meals inside or for carry out from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every weekday. Seating inside the center has been arranged to meet safety guidelines for dining 6 feet apart.

Lindee Miller wins Top of Texas FFA honors

Body The Top of Texas showdown was very good to the Silverton FFA chapter. Lindee Miller won the show with her plasma table placing first in her class, then winning her division and going on to compete for grand champion.

Body May 17th, 1973: Debra Ann Cantwell is Valedictorian of the Class of 1973 with a grade average of 95.85. Laura Juanice Arnold is Salutatorian with scholastic average of 95.80. Other honor students are Joan Cross, whose four-year scholastic average of 95.
