Silverton students qualify for TAFE State event
NEWOWNERSHIP Matador Health and Rehabilitation in Matador has changed ownership.The facility was purchased on July 1, 2022 by Joe Neal and GregWhitten of Matador Senior Care, LLC.The 50bed home northeast of Lubbock was a previously owned by the SAVA Corporation. The new owners also operate a 60-bed home in Rising Star, Texas. CHRISTMAS IN MATADOR OnThursday, Dec. 1, the band Narrow Bridge and friends will be performing Christmas music live under the gazebo in downtown Matador as a part of the Christmas in Matador celebration. Christmas music begins at 5 p.m. and starting at 8 the band will have a mini gospel concert. Band members are Alfred Segovia, Juan Sustaita, Kenan Phillips and Rickey Green.
