Body OWL OVERTIME The Silverton Owls lost a nail-biter last week to the Wildorado Mustangs. After the teams traded leads several times throughout the game, the score was tied when time run out, and the game went into overtime. The Owls came up short to the Mustangs, 59–58.

Body Well, here I am in Lubbock with all the cars zooming around like they are already late. I am staying with Donna and so thankful she is doing as well as she is. She is taking treatments every four weeks and the doctor wants someone to be with her at those times.

Body The Motley County Matadors, ranked number one in the state and undefeated for the year, hosted the Patton Springs Rangers (1–6) Thursday night in Matador for a district faceoff. The home team provided a resounding rebuke of the Rangers, 66–0.
