Motley earns 12th trip to regional quarterfinals

Body The Motley County Matadors defeated the Rule Bobcats 52–6 Friday night in Guthrie to win their twelfth trip to the Regional Quarterfinals. They will face the reigning state champion Balmorhea Bears Thursday, Nov. 19 at 6:30 p.m.

Valley slows Swifts 77-32, wins bi-district

Body The Valley Patriots came away from Claude Friday night with an opening round playoff victory over the Nazareth Swifts, 77–32, in a Class 1A Division I bi-district game .The Swifts led for a majority of the first half until turnovers changed the whole game.
