Body The aroma of the barbecue grill is one that I, along with many of you, simply love. And with a big meat eater in my house, this is a frequent smell that lingers at my home. I’m not vegan or vegetarian, but I often feel more satisfied with plant-based food.

Body The husband-and-wife team of Kevin and Jana Mc-Creary have opened their coffee shop, Coffee on the Square, in downtown Paducah after months of work on a historic building. The couple both have roots in Paducah and moved back to the area from Houston last July.
