Body Autumn Perryman, a 2020 Motley County High School graduate and FFA (Future Farmers of America) member, was recently awarded the highest honor at the national National FFA Convention held in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Body 3RD IN TOURNEY The Guthrie boys and girls varsity basketball teams competed in the Aspermont tournament last week and both squads finished in 3rd place. This week they will play in the Petersburg Tournament.

Valley FFA

Body Valley FFA was represented at two swine jackpots this weekend by students and families. They also earned experience, cash and awards. Special honors went to Cole Walden, Champion Dark OPB; Reen Yeary, Reserve Champion White OPB; and Jerry Sanders, Reserve Champion York.

Guthrie Elementary wins UIL Academics

Body Guthrie Elementary won first place last week in the UIL A+ Academics Contest, and Guthrie Junior High School placed second.
